für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Release Train Engineer (m/w/d) für die Unterstützung in einem SAP S/4 Projekt.
Nachfolgend finden Sie die konkreten fachlichen Anforderungen.

Responsibilities
• Support Train Engineering within the SAP S/4 program
• Coaching of Servant Leaders
• Training to increase maturity levels of specific roles (e.g., Epic Owner)
• Establishment of flow practices
• Establishment of a Future Collaboration Model and improvement of collaboration with India
• Streamlining overall coaching activities
• Supporting the assurance of predictability
• Taking responsibility for targeted cross-functional coordination activities
Requirements / Skills
• Higher education degree (ETH / University / University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• 3–5 years of practical experience as an RTE (Release Train Engineer) in an SAP environment
• 3–5 years of practical experience adapting SAFe in complex work organizations with 500+ employees
• 3–5 years of practical experience in portfolio management within a scaled agile environment
• 3–5 years of practical experience in flow management within a scaled agile environment
• Operational task force experience
• Practical experience adapting SAFe in an SAP environment
• Strong networking capability across organizations and scaling levels
• Proficiency with tools such as MIRO, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, etc.
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately at C-level in German
Start: April 1, 2026, or possibly earlier
End: December 31, 2026, with option for extension
