Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
  • Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels.
  • Lead supplier contracting including labor lease and services agreements
  • Lead the contingent workforce talent management (performance review, remobilisation, CW exit form, etc)
  • Contribute to contingent workforce planning and compensation strategy
  • Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation


Main qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid experience in an agency with focus on temporary recruitment
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
  • Proficiency in English and German
