PMO - Front Transformation Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to refine and detail the overall concept
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and business requirements development to implementation and roll-out
- Supporting internal IT in translating business requirements into functional specifications and designing user-friendly tool interfaces
- Organizing project meetings and preparing management slides for different stakeholders
- Ensuring close alignment with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders throughout the conceptualization and implementation phases
- Creating guidelines and explanation sessions to support the roll-out of the new client grouping logic
Your experience/knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal or change management responsibilities
- Profound experience in project management and business analysis
- Proficiency in visualizing complex data and information using MS Office
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German would be an advantage
