For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Production Expert (m/f/d)
Background:
The production expert has the task of operating the production facilities in accordance with GMP and carrying out order and batch changes. The production expert is responsible for the GMP-compliant processing of the production orders. Among other things, this concerns the coordination of all activities on the production lines, the complete and correct documentation and accounting of the production orders as well as the monitoring of compliance with all relevant regulations. If deviations from the applicable regulations are identified, they must be corrected immediately and reported immediately to the Process Unit Lead and/or Compliance Team.
The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has initial experience in sterile production or packaging in the pharmaceutical sector and has completed technical training. In addition, the candidate has very good knowledge of German and GMP knowledge.
The candidate is a team player and has a basic technical and IT understanding.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Ensuring the quality of the production steps
- Monitoring the operational and functional safety of the production and inspection systems
- Coordination and implementation of activities in accordance with applicable GMP regulations.
-Operating the production and inspection systems and the associated EDP systems.
- Equipping the production and inspection systems with material.
-Perform and monitor the controls within the production orders.
- Processing of checklists
- Logging of processes, activities and special features
- Support for activities during the disruptions in cooperation with interfaces such as the technology or the compliance team.
-Support in troubleshooting the production and inspection systems.
Must haves:
-Experience in sterile production or packaging, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
-Completed vocational training, technical training is an advantage
-Very good knowledge of German
-GMP knowledge
-Team player
-Basic technical and IT understanding
