? About the Role: As a Microsoft Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the Microsoft environment across cloud, collaboration, and endpoint solutions. You’ll support projects and operations within a modern Microsoft stack, ensuring seamless delivery and secure, high-performing services.
? Key Technologies You'll Work With:
- Microsoft Azure – IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, Defender for Cloud
- Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
- Endpoint Management – Intune, Autopilot, Windows 10/11
- Security & Compliance – Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access
- Collaboration Tools – Teams voice integration, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Viva
- Infrastructure – Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hybrid identity setups
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Lead or assist with tenant migrations, Teams deployments, and cloud security initiatives
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform tools
- Troubleshoot incidents and support end-users in a hybrid workplace
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors on architecture and service delivery
- 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft Systems/Cloud Engineer
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Hands-on experience with Intune, PowerShell, and hybrid identity
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Basel, Switzerland
- Daily rate of 800–880 CHF, depending on experience
- A long-term project (initial 12 months) with a likely extension
