KYC Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Review completeness of client files and identify outstanding documentation that needs to be collected in compliance with local/global AML/KYC regulations
- Review and process documentary updates throughout the KYC Periodic Reviews process
- Ensure that the business is compliant with all Bank policies and local requirements regarding client files
- Keep the rejection rate to the minimum by ensuring the right level of communication with the Front Office and other key stakeholders
- Ensure that quality control checks are passed
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data into various databases and check to ensure the accuracy of the data inputted
- Respect the SLAs in place to minimize disruption and qualitatively enhance the client experience, while reducing risk of non compliance with regulatory standards
Main qualifications
- Sound understanding of KYC/AML fields
- CDB and OBA FINMA understanding
- Organizational skills, including prioritization
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with focus on influential skills and listening to Stakeholders
- Knowledge of the different structures open within the Wealth Management industry, including knowledge of corporate documentation associated with such structures
- English skills and French skills
- Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Law preferred
