Summary

Trust in SODA is collaborating with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking an accomplished IT Head of Quality and Laboratory Systems. In this role gl60obally accountable for all plan, build and run aspects of IT / OT systems used in quality labs and IT systems used for quality assurance purposes.

Essentials

• Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Masters in Business Administration or equivalent Certifications (incl. professional qualifications):
• Required IT Solution Specialist Issuer Microsoft, Others Preferred Project Management Issuer IPMA, Prince, Others
• Area IT Apps and/or Infra Level* Highly Experienced - 10+ years
• Area IT Service Management Level Advanced - 5-10 years
• 10+ years' experience in IT applications and/or infrastructure roles
• Settled knowledge in Lab and QA systems such as CDS, EWB, Moda EM, WINKQCL, PLA, Softmax Pro, DMS, TrackWise, LSO/Cornerstone and/or similar systems.
• Senior Service Management expertise
• Ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively.
• Ability to negotiate externally and internally at higher levels.
• Develops good short- and long-term plans.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Teaching ability
• Analytical Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT CoE Quality Systems. Responsible for staff related tasks such as recruitment, replacement, development, performance qualification and salary review. Financial responsibility for associated cost centers incl. personal cost and cost of external service partners.
• Gather and review the IT needs of the Business Function "Quality". Advise on solutions.
• Support prioritization of IT projects and change requests. Contribute to the project portfolio process. Steer the implementation of Quality systems related solutions and act as escalation instance.
• Accountable for the lifecycle management of Lab and QA systems. Drive and control continuous improvement of functionality, stability and performance of these systems with assigned teams and members. Oversee, control and steer the incident and problem tickets related to Lab and QA systems.
• Provide technical expertise to support projects, changes and maintenance of Lab and Quality Systems. Evaluate and recommend new technologies. Contribute to the selection and project preparation of future Lab and QA systems.
• Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and IT security policies of new and enhanced solutions. Nominate owner of Lab and QA systems and ensure that the selected people adhere to defined system owner role and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders, build strategic alliances as support for the team, department and company. Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services in Lab and QA systems.
