We are seeking an Expert SAP Application Consultant to lead the design and implementation of investment planning models within a large-scale transformation program of a major Swiss enterprise. The role focuses on developing high-performance Anaplan solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4 and related systems. You will work in an agile team environment and contribute to the optimization of planning processes in a complex, regulated industry.
Responsibilities
• Conception and design of Anaplan models based on analysed requirements for optimal support of business processes (incl. structuring of modules, lists, dashboards and actions)
• Responsibility for the implementation and management of Anaplan solutions
• Ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems
• Implement and configure Anaplan models according to defined designs and business requirements
• Conduct system and integration tests to ensure the functionality and accuracy of the models
• Analyse and continuously optimise model performance to improve computing time, efficiency and usability
Your necessary Profile
• >5 years of experience in integrated investment planning with Anaplan
• In-depth expertise in Anaplan architecture, interfaces (cloud/on-prem), dashboards, formula logic
• Industry knowledge in the field of transport, energy, construction or public sector
• Ability to reduce complexity and conduct comprehensive analysis along the value chain
• Fluent in German and English
Deployment
• Start: January 2026
• Duration: Until December 2030 (with option of renewal, annual review)
• Workload/capacity: 80%
• Setting: Hybrid model (mostly remote with 2-3 days per month onsite in Bern CH, or as per requirement)
