Beschreibung

Location: Switzerland (Remote with travel to Zurich/Basel)
Duration: 6 months (contract)
Languages: Fluent English & German
Responsibilities:
  1. Implement D365 Commerce and Retail modules including POS, e-commerce, and store operations.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to define digital commerce strategies.
  3. Configure and customize retail workflows, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  4. Support integration with third-party platforms and payment systems.
Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce/Retail modules.
  2. Understanding of omnichannel retail operations in Switzerland.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Fluent in English and German.
