Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term strategic concept for the future of customer access and authorization management (Verfügungswelt), including powers of attorney and related permissions.
- Identify and coordinate multiple gaps, weaknesses, and stakeholder requirements within the existing system.
- Define clear implementation options and actionable change packages for the rollout of new solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate complex requirements, outline solution sketches, and prepare multi-option concepts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy and compliance standards.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst working on complex strategy and concept development projects.
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and document requirements and create solution concepts with multiple implementation scenarios.
- Proficient in preparing professional presentations (PowerPoint) and documentation in Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- German: Fluent (spoken & written)
