General Information:
- Position: Banking Transactions Operations Analyst
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Key Responsibilities:
We are offering a position in Closing Units & Dormant Accounts in the International Wealth management division.
- You will be responsible for the day to day support and advisory tasks for our clients in the specialist area of all topics around closures and transfers of Private Banking clients.
- In this role you take over responsibility as knowledge expert and one-port-of entry for all requests related to closures.
- You are acting as interface between the front organization and the relevant Back Office units as well as with clients.
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous CS experience (good understanding of tools and processes)
- Completed basic banking training, Matura or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience preferably within Private Banking and a regulatory driven environment
- High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability solution orientation, service understanding and willingness to perform
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English, any additional language skills would be an advantage
Overview of the department:
One of the Closures teams within Closing Unit & Dorman Accounts is a point of contact for Relationship Managers seeking support for closing related inquiries. Some accounts are directly transferred to one of the Closing Unit teams for direct closure. You are responsible to assure closures and transfers done in best of client's interest. The team is part of the IWM COO organization and works closely together with various other departments all over the bank.
