Administrative Assistant Operations (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Assisting the Operations Manager as well as the Accountant in the day to day task
  • Drafting quotes and policy wordings
  • Issuing certificates, endorsements and invoices
  • Entry underwriting policy data and endorsements
  • Issuing claims documentation and payment instructions
  • Daily administrated tasks such as travel and meeting arrangements, event organisation and meeting minutes

Main qualifications
  • Completed commercial education or additional education in Insurance and/or Financial Services nice to have
  • Allrounder knowledge with hands on approach
  • Experience in backoffice and administration tasks
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and contracting
  • Ability to work on independently
  • Sufficient understanding of MS Office Applications e.g. MS Teams
  • Knowhow with the tools Nexus and Merlin and Onbase
  • Knowhow in the insurance/financial services/underwriting sector is an advantage
  • Excellent language skills in English and German, other languages are appreciated
