Definition and implementation of service offerings considering all architecture aspects of modern cloud environments. Forcing and supporting the organizational and process-related changes to the customer, service provider and the company culture to make use of cloud delivery.

Design and implementation of a new deployment environment for the Munich data centers. Requirement definition of the global deployment landscape and individual server images.

Delivery management for Johannesburg branch office. Responsible for the end-to-end it delivery for 400 workstations and 70 servers across 5 EMEA regional office. I was also responsible for Disaster Recovery and compliance topics.
