SAP Project / Program Manager

I have worked for more than twenty years in the area of large-scale SAP/IT and business transformation initiatives, at the beginning as SD/OTC and Logistics consultant and later as SAP project- / program manager.
During the time, I got the chance to perform typical SAP project tasks, like execution of blueprint workshops, process reengineering, technical design and realization (incl. customizing), migration, change management and training.
I used this extensive practical experience to move into project and program management roles and finally to successfully deliver numerous projects and programs. I delivered these SAP and IT transformation initiatives for companies, active in many kinds of industries and of different sizes, working on a global and regional level.
With the years, I developed strong competencies in setting up and heading project organizations, implementation / rollout strategies, planning and budgeting, as well as integrating cross business topics and different IT systems. The ability to combine business know-how, SAP / IT expertise and strong project management skills, are my main enablers of successful project execution.
