Developer-tooling engagement at a major Canadian bank (regulated environment).
- Built shared CI workflows for quality and security gates (SAST, test, build) consumed by 250+ repos across the bank.
- Go webhook exporter putting GitHub Actions build duration, failure rate and gate coverage in Prometheus.
- Cut Docker build times from ~12 min to under 3 with BuildKit layer caching backed by ECR.
- Owned modernization of the bank's release automation: consolidated 15+ GitHub Actions (mixed TypeScript, Python, shell) into a monorepo.
