Information Technologies Support for Turkcell Telecommunication's - Turkcell Plaza Bursa
* 2G/3G Indoor Coverage Planning
* Project Planning, Progress Control, Quality Assurance
* Operative Rollout Planning, covering all aspects for Installation, Commission and Integration
* Site Integration (BTS, BSC) Preparation and control of BOQ and negotiation of all BOQ process with vendors
* Site design checks for antenna mounting on structure (Tower or Rooftop installation), control of site towers
(Monopole or Lattice) during the installation process
* Working prior to cost optimization for all kinds of installation and structure
* Calculation and drawings of tower wind load as per requirements (forecasting there would be three operator
equipment's on the tower in Turkey as requested by Telecom Regulation Department / BTK)
* BTK Files and Certificates follow-up, good coordination and communication skills with BTK and Turkcell
vendors (ERISCSSON, HUAWEİ)
* EMR Measurements (2G-3G new and revision tracking and weekly reporting of measures of certificates
related to the EMR)
* Tower installation follow-up, check and control of concrete standard, tower steel material

* Coordinating local Partners, Subcontractors and Service Delivery Groups

* Daily Database Updates for 2G/3G ATOLL, ATOLL HW revision updates

* Practical solution approach for all kind of problematic installation
* Obey and respect to health and safety rules on the road, during the installation and after the installation as per
Vodafone Turkey's strict requirements (Safety First)
* Very good learning skills, self-improvement on Planning and Optimization
* Coordination of subcontractor companies to fulfill their tasks on time
* All necessary paper checks, corrections and submitting
* CTP Run and follow up for problematic CELL's

* Calculation of New Site installation, Revision works and Swap projects coordinator

* Online booking Engine (TURSYS).
* Low-Cost flights booking engine (Net Match).
* WBS BLANK training of the staff in Germany, Holland, Belgium and Turkey.
* Network administration.
* Product calculation and new ideas for sale. (Newsletter, New Website, CRM)
