Worked as a part of a small team on building system that will automate tracing corona cases and contacts in canton of Zurich using SORMAS. Since old system was formed of multiple smaller systems created by multiple companies, much of the work had to be done manually (importing and exporting CSVs , mapping and transforming data, doing the de-duplication etc. every hour), which caused much mistakes. New system is constructed that all the data gathered by 'contact tracers' is handled automatically, and it is handled at maximum possible security level because of sensitive information.
It is planned to enhance it to a full contact tracing system like semi automated case definition and auto forward tracing.
