Additional Information:       The Customer has started a outsourcing project, where key baseline services were to be moved to a managed service provider. Therefore the majority of ITSM key disciplines as well as the corresponding business processes had to be adapted in order to enable the involved key players to have a common and harmonized service management infrastructure.

 

Duties:                                        Analysis of existing ITIL processes in the global organization in regard to outsourcing individual services to a managed service provider.

 

        • Identify all CMO ITIL/Business processes and analysis of the underlying documentation.
        • Analysis of the common baseline for all involved key players in order to complete the requirements management prerequisites.
        • Definition of Governance Model and Documentation baseline for Managed Services teams, as well as the core service teams.
        • Creation of process manuals for the ITIL core disciplines (Incident-, change-, release-, configuration management)
        • Support the Core teams with additional guidelines to be added to the Continuous Service Improvement guidelines.
        • Push manager for new provider team, KHT to SMs and SME Leads, also providing ITSM trainings based on training material drafted during the initial process setup.
        • Service Integration concept for the harmonization of the tool landscape (SNOW, Tivoli, Remedy), including definition of the demarcation line and defining new resolver group structure, now involving all key contributors
        • Defining/Adapting Governance Structure and documentation baseline for ITSM Management and Tech-Teams.
        • Setting up Governance Model for the Delivery Units involved (3rd parties -> globally)
        • Project ended successfully and in time by enabling the new ITSM model in 12/2017

My distinctive analytic way of thinking, the ability to do conceptual work and my organizational skills have been successfully demonstrated in many projects, particularly when it came to the introduction of new technologies. My pragmatic approach of solving problems and handling major challenges within large international projects, especially in the area of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Governance has earned me recognition from the highest levels of company executive management. Since 2015 I have mainly focused on Transition and Transformation projects with key functions in DC Architecture, Infrastructure, as well as Cloud Application and Service transitions. I have the ability to look at the greater picture, overseeing a project from an E2E perspective, considering all aspects of the service and process chain.
