IT support engineer
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to troubleshoot hardware and
software-based desktop errors.
• Maintain corporate standard PC/Laptop images, configuring and support of
desktop technologies in a distributed environment (SCCM).
• Multiple systems installation and commissioning
• Configure antivirus software to fully protect IT environment.
• Manage and maintain the software reconfigurations to aid in function
customization and address issues as they arise.
• Test software performance throughout the desktop network to ensure peak
performance.
• Install computer hardware and software on desktops to keep versions current.
• Initiate and complete Microsoft Windows server operating system updates.
• TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair network with LAN/WAN
for continuous company connection.
• Resolve Active Directory and domain control issues, create new user accounts,
disable old user accounts and password reset service.
