HR Director responsible for all HR activities for the Adecco Group Switzerland, reporting to the Country CEO, functional
reporting line to the CHRO of the Adecco Group, Member of Swiss Leadership team and Global HR Leadership Board.
* Facilitate and support local and global HR initiatives, in alignment with the Group (Job Architecture/Job Grading,
Assessment framework for Senior Executives globally, Org Design for HR in medium-size countries)
* Single point of contact for Swiss subsidiary for implementation of Group HR good practices and processes
* Development and Implementation of key local HR projects like Career and Training path for all brands, Talent Planning
Process, Swiss Talent review, Succession planning, Implementation of Taleo and Peoplesoft HR etc.)
* Manage a team of 13 employees, including HR Business Partners, TA Team L&D, HR Operations
Key Achievements:
Re-organisation of entire HR Team with HR Business Partners for different brands and COE's (TA, L&D, HR Ops)
Definition of all key roles within Adecco and creation of a career path for all brands in Switzerland
Managed a global project to develop an assessment framework for Senior Executives within Adecco globally Improved
