My focus areas are the conceptual design, the organization and implementation of company-wide international ERP solutions, especially HR/IT solutions. I have been working with SAP since 1997 and in the past 8 years I especially had a straight focus on SAP HCM and international HR IT solutions. For more than 3 years, SuccessFactors is a key competence within the daily work and responsibilities. Furthermore I have 7 years of professional experience in managing global HR/IT positions and teams in multi national concerns.

In the past 10 years I took over the responsibility for teams up to 48 members depending on the respective position.

I conducted a successful implementation of SuccessFactors (EmployeeCentral), as well as conceptual designs for global HR/IT Roadmaps (international), HR Transformation and several SAP HCM Implementations, including a Global Master Data System, SAP Personnel Administration and SAP Organizational Management., SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management and SAP Travel Management etc.

I hold a Diploma in Business Administrations of the University of Dortmund. The focus of the studies were Logistics and Controlling. I combine IT-, business-, project- and consulting expertise and hold a PRINCE2 certification.

SuccessFactors Implementation global: responsibility for the conceptual design of the HR Transformation programm and the development of the roadmap for the transformation from on-premise to cloud based processes. This includes both the technical and the functional part. Interface between HR/IT and HR BP´s and CoE´s. (> 35.000 employees)
SuccessFactors Employee Central: responsibility for the conceptual design of Employee Central international. Furthermore responsibility for the design and implementation (re-launch) of Performance and Goals in the concern (> 100.000 employees)
SuccessFactors: responsibility for a feasability study and the preparation of a Business Case for a SF Implementation (> 100.000 employees)
Global HR/IT: Responsible for a feasability study and strategy for a cloud transformation of an international manufacturing company (> 5.000 employees)
SAP HCM: Project management for several national and international implementations of SAP HCM on-premise, including PA, OM, PY, PT, ESS/MSS
Responsible for the SAP HCM application management, managed services and operations of several on-premise SAP (international) payroll systems
Responsible for the support of SAP HCM on-premise an SuccessFactors systems.
