* Responsible to perform daily application operations, on call duty, project activities,
deployment executions of Live! Application services, service optimization and
security incident handling.
* Services are deployed on complex corporate environments integrated with Local
Platforms, Global Platforms and Platforms of suppliers. Responsible for
delivering within the relevant SLA-defined Key Performance Indicators.
* Established reports to track service performance and KPI fulfillment.
* Provide vital input for service optimization and represent in the Change Advisory
Board
