Designer with 10+ years of Experience in UX, Visual Design and User Research

I am a creative with 10+ years of experience in user research and UX design. I have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Professional Doctorate in Engineering on User System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology.

I aspire to center my work around my key values: aesthetics, reason, boldness and kindness. This means that I am wired to look for beauty in design; I value systems and coherent ideas and processes and I think a lot about the people that I work with. My employers and customers range from startups and small consulting firms to big corporations and research institutes.In addition to practicing design, I communicate it. I love to think how visuals can be created more efficiently and how they affect us emotionally. I talk about my findings in lectures and workshops on topics such as the role of illustration in UX, absurd UX design, information design for scientific visuals and more.
