* Monitoring the headcount, budget vs achieved, for the
logistic department in the company;
* Developing strategies with the manger, in order to stay
within the headcount budget;
* Driving the Recruitment Process (job posting, sourcing,
prescreening, interviewing, etc.) for white-collar personnel
for logistic department;
* Monitoring Onboarding Process for white-collar
personnel: developing induction plans, ramp up plans,
interviewing new employees, assessing the quality of the
integration process, initiating PDCA);
* Steering and supporting Learning & Development
Processes in area of responsibility (skill matrix
assessments, identification of training needs, defining
development plans);
* Guiding the leaders trough the Performance & Talent
Management Processes for their teams (identification of
critical positions, assisting performance & potential
evaluations, moderating calibration meetings, defining
succession plans);
* Contacting candidates, planning and conducting selection
activities, such as ability tests and interviews;
* Preparing hiring files and updating recruitment data bases
