* Support & Growth of Distribution in the Eastern Africa Regionincluding Kenya,
Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan.
* Work with the RBMs & RPMs on Products, Solutions and Commercial Excellence to
define appropriate coverage models for each country in the region, to identify
channel competitive landscape by region & work with the partners/channel managers
to develop and execute strategic response in line with Siemens Healthcare
Diagnostics Strategy.
* Development and execution of the regional channel strategy &
initiatives, long term and FY planning and forecasting.
* Drive and monitor channel effectiveness and improvement initiatives and overall
responsibility for channel performance monitoring & reviews.
* Coordination across the different BU's-Products & Solutions and ensure effective
recruitment, on-boarding and management of channels; operating within a culture
of the highest integrity and compliance.
* Coordinate & Enforce global compliance standards, perform rigorous due diligence
on channels and adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant
international and local Regulatory and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Business
Conduct.
* Identify and follow through leads/opportunities, initiatives, new territories and
product lines for Eastern Africa region through effective and efficient
go-to-market strategy and channel structures.
* Cultivating long-term relationship with strategic channel partners to support
business growth.
* Adhere to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics compliance policies, code of ethics and
training requirements.
