Description:
Rforce application enables the call center agents to handle cases coming from various channels
like email, phone call, Website (live chat or Web form). It helps agent and dealers to search
vehicles, Archived Cases and Account through web services and also it provides a portal for the
dealers to interact with customers to create cases via community portal. It used custom web services
as soap WSDL to third application to interact with the Rforce application to create Cases and
Accounts by customers.
This application has been successfully deployed in more than 28 countries with slight modification
from country specific requirement.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding the requirements from business for enhancements.
* Creating Workflows and Validation rules.
* Creating Triggers, Apex Classes, Web Services.
* Creating Batch Classes, Scheduled Classes.
* Data Mapping and Data Loading into SFDC using Talend Data Integration, Jitterbit.
* Org. migrations for different countries
* Worked with the country specific Business user group for requirement gathering throughout the
planning and providing optimum solutions for Sales and Service cloud Implementation.
* Created Visualforce page using JavaScript and CSS for form validation in web to case and web
to lead functionality.
* Worked with various salesforce.com Standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases,
Reports and Dashboards.
* Created new User Accounts and assigned Profiles as per their role in role hierarchy
* Defined Org. wide default to restrict access from users

Description:
Lead Qualification Platform is a new platform in the Rforce console in order to receive the
leads through the Web-to-Lead process (Internet Leads) and manipulate the leads accordingly before
sending to the network.
* To enrich the leads for new vehicles, test drive coming from Renault website to RFORCE
* To send the enriched lead to the dealer network through MAEVA
* To realize a feedback, call to ensure about the good realization of the test drive in
RFORCE.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding the requirements preparing Technical design document.

SFDC as a CRM application has a vast implementation and has earned them great opportunities.
Their existing lead management and case management systems were revisited and churned back and forth
for the next version to make it simpler for their partners and customers and hence we developers
gave the shape for the system envisioned with great success of 40% more effective than their
existing system.
