Responsibilities:
* Designing and programming call flows, vectors, VDNs whenever required for Avaya and Asterisk.
* System Administration, Database Administration and maintenance of Call Center related
components (Servers, Systems & Network)
* Maintain Avaya S8700, Avaya S8300,
* Avaya IR 1.2, IVR database,
* RAP CTI components,
* Avaya CMS R13,
* Advatel QMC Server for wallboard,
* Verint WFM 10.0(upgraded from v7.7),
* NICE Recorder, CLS and database - 8.9,
* Asterisk, Elastix
* Call Center LAN, WAN,
* TDM, SIP trunks with traditional exchanges and soft switches,
* Security measures to the components in the DMZ zone,
* Streaming servers for Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation,
* Metro Ethernet connection for ILL,
* Coordinate with SLT IT team for maintain intranet connectivity
* Identify the ways to automate call center processes and activities, research and development
* Developing PHP based applications for Internal purposes
* Capacity planning, monitoring, fault diagnostics and repair, upgrade the systems to the latest
version to keep up-to-date, this includes preparing RFP, tendering, evaluation, Recommend the
selection or suggest for further activities like more clarifications on proposed solution to
Tender Board.
* Design solutions and prepare responses to RFP for 3rd party customers who requesting PABX/Call
center solution from SLT - Hosted Solutions, Standalone Solutions
* Internet - Customer Support & Staff Administration
* Conduct user training to SLT staffs.
