Leading international technology provider based in Munich that provides banknote and securities printing,
smart cards, and cash handling systems.

The program was focused on the modernization and global rollout of a new digital production platform for
(e)SIM personalization.

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Established a migration factory to migrate all legacy platforms to a new platform: 10 locations, 400
customers and thousands of products to the new platform in two strategic locations

* Defined processes and activities for ensuring smooth, high-quality migrations

* Set up of a migration tracking tool based on MS SharePoint, including automated analysis in MS Excel and
automated reporting in MS PowerPoint/Think-Cell

* Initiated the migrations and delivery of the pilot migrations

* Coached the head of quality & testing

* Improved QA processes (review, optimization and automation)

* Established agile processes (Scrum)

* Lead of a re-location strategy and project for the e-commerce platform of one of the most important
operating entity

* Successfully migrated a very complex platform with around 500 servers in 4 staging environments

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Project lead and conception of a data center strategy for the worldwide production of master data for
eSIM, SIM and subscription management

* Initiated a project for relocation of one of the master data production sites to another European location

* Budget planning & sourcing, staffing, scope management, requirements management, issue & risk

The bank is present in 19 countries around the world, operating through full-service branches, subsidiaries
and representative offices, although primarily provides services in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland,
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The bank established several programs to consolidate the core-banking
systems from four entities to one.

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Initiated and managed the project to rebuild the ~1.000 core-bank systems

* Staffed and trained the project team (20 FTE)

* Defined and implemented the relevant ITSM processes and templates to deliver the core-banking
systems including the required data and interfaces

* Defined processes for the operation of the test environment incl. the refresh and reset of the data

* Set up of a migration tool: Tracking of all migrations (MS SharePoint), analysis (MS Excel), reporting
(MS PowerPoint). Establishment and execution of the reporting to the program management

* Completed the project initiation (staffing, project plan, processes, templates), delivered of the first
core-systems and handed over to an internal manager

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Assessed all telecommunication and network services and aligned new IT-service strategies

* Drove decision between a service integrator model, owner model and outsourcing for all
telecommunication and network services on top management level

* Defined and executed measures to generate quick wins in terms of quality and cost

* Managed RfIs, RfPs, provider selections, contract negotiations, transformation and transition for

o WAN services (MPLS, xDSL and VPN) for ~1.000 German and ~30 international locations with
the result of 50 % cost savings (OPEX)

services in Germany (11.000 locations), Italy (3.800 locations) and France (3.500 locations)

* Also contributed to the RfPs and the contract negotiations of all technical parts of the contracts for the
global MPLS services and the global SIP trunking services in Europe, North and South America

* Lead for the technical and operational requirements Management (SoW and SLA) for all telco services

needed to be integrated.

For the critical post-merger Integration of the two large banks there were comprehensive migration and
integration tests required. One program was responsible for rebuilding and operating the core-banking test
environment of both banks for the integration and migration tests.

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Requirements management for rebuilding the banks including more than 1.000 Systems (Mainframe,
Linux, Solaris, Windows) for the integration and migration tests

* Managed the end-to-end system delivery process across all involved teams

* Defined and implemented processes and templates for rebuilding the banks

* Managed to rebuild and operate the investment banking systems for integration and migration tests

The program was about the migration of all central Mainframe applications to a new platform based on Java.

My responsibilities and values added to the project:

* Manager of all test environments for the migration tests (integration, performance etc.)

* Defined a concept for end-to-end monitoring of the order and delivery processes with all involved
applications

* Introduced a monitoring of all web shops and contact center applications with Splunk to increase the
defect identification to few minutes and establish pro-active management of the services
