1. Design and develop automation scripts and ensure scripts are executable on Jenkins.
2. Contribute and work with QA Engineers to maintain and update existing test scripts.
3. Define and improve testing practices, tools and process with the goal of verifying new
features and preventing regressions.
4. Monitor and ensure each change achieves its business KPI on production.
5. Mentor QA team members, to include training sessions, test reviews and other methods
as needed to help them advance their knowledge of QA.
6. Report issues and risks discovered to other leads in clear manner so that risks
are mitigated.
