Project Description: The Client is one of the world's leading companies manufacturing and
supplying Dialysis equipment to Hospitals, Clinics and Home.
Requirement for the project is to optimize logistics processes in order to deliver the Dialysis
equipment to the customer as fast as possible.
My responsibilities:
- SD/LE consultant;
- leading of workshops to gather customer requirements;
- Blueprint documentation preparation;
- SAP functional consulting;
- Business process analysis;
- Functional Specification creation;
- testing management;
- Go-Live and post Go-Live support;

Project Description: The Client is one of the world's leading providers of technical solutions
(MRO) to airlines worldwide. Through the integrated service solutions company makes sure that
customer airlines have airworthy aircraft ready and available to fly. Integrated services are
provided either directly to the airline or through other parties such as aircraft leasing companies,
OEMs or component trading companies.
Requirements for project are to streamline and optimise the logistical flows by launching
operations in Malaysia and to enable financial and trade compliance within the client network,
which includes external suppliers, repair stations (internal and external), Regional Distribution
Centres, Forward Deployed Stock and customer locations (consignment stock).

My responsibilities:
- M2C team lead for Aircraft maintenance service provider.
- leading of workshops to gather customer requirements;
- Blueprint documentation preparation;
- SAP functional consulting according to business requirements;
- Business process analysis;
- Functional Specification creation;
- Integration testing scope and execution management;

Project Description: "New Forward Environment" (NFE) focuses on the Global Forwarding,
Freight division which ranks amongst the world's leading providers of air and ocean freight, as
well as overland freight transport in Europe.
Rollout of the Global template is planned for 186+ countries.
NFE is a first of a kind project in the freight forwarding industry and is currently one of the major
and most challenging programs within IBM Europe.

My responsibilities:
- T2C Team Testing Management for two major SAP systems called CRM and TM:
Planning, Creation and Execution of test cases for Functional Unit Testing.
- Defect Management:
Resolution, Dispatching, Coordination.
- Analysis of current CRM system and to be CRM system, alignment of developments.
- Functional Specification creation
- Authorisation Matrix definition
Project Contribution:

Project Description: Program consists of related subsequent projects that intend to consolidate
the existing SAP ERP systems to a single productive system instance. The source systems will
be migrated into the new system, processes and data will be harmonized and enhanced.
Scope includes SD, MM, FI/CO and VMS modules across multiple European legal entities

Project Contribution: SAP SD Consultant:

structure, Integration with MM.)

- consulting on SAP solutions provided by SAP SD, MM, Retail;
- testing functionality delivered by consultants(master data migration tools(pricing,
materials, sales documents), web services for web store);
- managing integration between SAP and web store;
- organizing testing done by business;
- support end users after GO-live;
