Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Engineers as well as German federal and state authorities on planning, design, and
execution of infrastructure and utility projects to include the largest OCONUS Military Construction Army (MCA) project
valued at $900M. Advised garrison leadership on emergency contingency matters for critical utility infrastructure.

Notable Achievements:
* Impact driving force behind the development and execution of a prioritized plan for the renewal of critical power cables,
which ensured that no power outage lasted longer than 2 hours in 3 years.
* Led the successful integration of the hospital's water supply system into the overall water supply infrastructure
* Directed strategic efforts with external consultants to develop a roadmap for smart metering and utility automation.
* Awarded for delivering unprecedented results by applying lean methodologies to significantly slash the cost of the refuse
and recycling program by $1.4M (or 18%) within one year.
* Achieved an annual savings of $200,000 by researching the calculation basis for rainwater fees, and updating service maps.
