During this project, we created a complete new application landscape for
allowing Capital Markets, specifically for Asset-Backed Securities issuing.
* Reporting to C-Level Management.
* Business requirement definition and analysis
* Financial products integration, including; Bonds, ABS, Swaps,
Subordinated loans, etc. Besides, the integration in SAP FI was also
performed in its GL system.
* Requirement management with respect to several stakeholders,
including the Corporation.
* Solution design and implementation in AGILE methodology
* Implementation of applications using several technologies and Teams.
* Design of batch process considering the agreed SLA´s
* Full end to end testing coordination and data generation, including data
masking.
* Maintenance of critical accounting and legal reporting applications
* Process documentation and optimization.
* Development, implementation and generation of regulatory reports in
ORACLE databases.
* Responsible for End of Month and End of Year financial closings
processes (24/7).

In this project I managed the implementation of the entire legal reporting
system for one of the largest US venture debt banks, in order to enable it
to operate on European territory. In this project I had a team of six analysts
and consultants with whom we undertook the project from start to finish.

definition, critical path and delivery compromises.
* Coordination of several teams in India, US and Germany.
