servers/blades), storage (HP EVA arrays) and SAN infrastructure (HP
branded Brocade switches) with SAP systems on top (SAP support
was provided by another teams)

* SAP landscapes from 6 SIDs to 46 SIDs on 80 servers
* participation on project management under lead of SAP

* incident, problem and change management including quality
review of incident management of 1st /2ndline
* 3rd line major incident management (direct access to MS
Premier support on behalf of customer)
* capacity management (servers, memory, storage)

* developing a collection of administrative scripts
(VBScript+WMI) to automatize routine administrative tasks on
large number of servers (parameter changes, collecting
settings, automated health checks, etc...)
* server technologies: HP Blade, ProLiant and Integrity servers
including infrastructure (blade enclosures, interconnect
modules)
* OS technologies: Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 (including
ActiveDirectory, DNS, WINS and other standard MS Windows
landscape components like WSUS)
* storage technologies: HP EVA 8000 with Continuous Access,
HP b-class SAN switches (Brocade)
* disaster tolerant systems (Dual-DC clustering, HP CLX on
EVA)
