• Establishing Claro Consulting AG in 2008 and successfully expanding the company’s market share by 10% year-on-year in the automotive, health, and technology sectors.
• Serving as the VP of Sales Global for NNG LLC and securing revenue of €80M by 2018 with a steady growth of the business unit OEM.

In this role, I coordinate sales for high-tech development projects from conceptualisation to implementation within an international, diverse team of experts. I maintain trusting investor relations, support entrepreneurial ventures and large-scale investment initiatives, and aid partners with developments and commercialisation from start-up to commercial clients. I create and execute HR processes from start-up to operational and ensure staffing of qualified candidates.

Formulating ground-breaking structures for product/software sales, hardware engineering services, process consulting, and production of automotive and electronics for global partners.

Securing new customers for development services and electronic production programmes by creating business opportunities.

Generating customer-oriented solutions and creating data-driven strategies for future extension or conversion of products.

Here, I directed Xevo’s entry into the European automotive market to augment innovation in vehicle commerce application and connected care applications. I relayed progress to the Executive VP of Business Development based in USA. I led the defining of strategy, road mapping, development, and successful implementation of US software platform, tailoring the in-vehicle commerce experience for European carmakers. Additionally, I coordinated B2B relations and delivered premium Xevo platform services from automotive OEMs in addition to overseeing B2C activities with accomplished merchants in food, fuel, EV charging, and parking aggregators.
Key achievements:
Displayed advanced leadership capabilities while hiring, creating, and overseeing a dedicated team in Europe.

Structured first OEM contact for Europe for a major EU Car manufacturer over a period of four years for innovative software in connected vehicles.

Contributed to the design of a go-to-market strategy plan for mergers and acquisition path; 100% of archived Xevo Inc. was acquired by Lear Corporation in 2019 for $3XXM followed by management exit in 2021.

Cultivated business partnerships with major automotive software companies in the automobile industry; built trusting relationships to develop robust business models, including revenue share for in-car services and payment transactions.
