These solutions include continuously optimized portals for mobile integration till stable and performant backend implementation, processing high sensitive end-customer data. For this purpose, the test activities must focus on consistency, security and high efficiency. The different mini projects are realized with classic (waterfall), hybrid and agile methods. The quality managers must guarantee that the communication between all systems internally and with the different  stakeholders remains fluent and efficient within the whole project lifecycles. Regression, integration, system, functional, non-functional, End-To-End and User-Acceptance tests must be planned and coordinated with detailed reports to all business responsible.

For a more efficient management and traceability of all registered shipments, a new customer portal (based on Liferay) must be implemented. A setup of four SCRUM teams was organized and a solid testing process had to be designed, approved and realized. Each SCRUM team produces new portal artefacts at the end of every sprint. These Artefacts must be rigorously verified and tested, to guarantee the stability, customer friendliness and performance of the whole portal interface. Therefore, were the following services expected: design of a test concept, test case description and advisory service regarding the best tools for test management and test automation.

At the end of their negotiations, which lasted almost a year, the European Commission, the European Council and the European Parliament finally submitted a clearly amended draft regulation. Regulation No 260/2012 laying down technical and operational requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euros (SEPA Regulation) entered into force on 31 March 2012. SEPA concerns not only cross-border payment transactions, but full integration of domestic payment markets. Implementation of the SEPA functionality for the Telefónica Partner Services service technology had to be reviewed by the QA using the Agile SCRUM method and regression, performance and E2E testing.
