- Setup, configure, manage, implement & support Windows / SQL Server High availability Failover clustering, database replication, mirroring, and log shipping and always on.
- Provide a complete set of SQL Server versions (2000, 2005, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2014, 2016) for Production and R & D environments including Database Server and Client installs and upgrades, monitoring, performance tuning, database backup and recovery , Job scheduling, maintenance, licensing, warranty support, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Kerberos, SSL and TLS authentication configured on SQL Server 2012.
- Creating Jobs, Alerts, SQL Mail Agent for the DB maintenance.
- Develop and maintain the documentation and standards, including disaster recovery documentation.
- Proactively handle management of production support for mission-critical issues and ensure proper communication and coordination with support teams
- (APAC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
- Work closely with infrastructure (Network, Security, Systems, Applications) to 99.9% system uptime.
- Provide administration for Oracle 11g and 12c databases for R & D and QA including database creation, administration, configuration, space management, user management and troubleshooting.
