I have involved in migration projects, where the client wants their 10 YRS of data to be migrated from IBM Lotus Notes and integrated with SharePoint application, we developed for them. Since this application is financial application, they placed the integrity of the application as the main requirement. The great challenge was, inventing a tool to support the migration.
Key Objectives :
I have create ever complex Custom Workflows. This workflow has custom workflow activities to update the line of approvers and for various other purposes. At glance, this workflow has 10 different status and 2 exiting conditions.
Custom migration tool to migrate 26 Lotus Notes Database to SharePoint 2010
Custom field types for cross site lookup, cascading lookup and custom people lookup
Customize the Ribbon items to allow the user to direct approve financial records.
jQgrids and jQuery are regular touches through my development.

I have involved both in SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 based projects. One is for cosmetic industry, where each dealer will be having his/her own site (MySite) to maintain his favorites and personal information and its basically FBA site.
The other project is involved with a Fire Safety services, where the project baselines similar to the previous project with exception.
Key Objectives:
Created webparts for the portal which includes, DVWP, Custom WP, Consumer-Provider WP
Developed custom navigation providers using PortalSitemap Provider for TopNavigation, LeftNavigation, Breadcrumb, SiteMap, where clients need each of those providers in a way which reflects the logical structure of the site.
Developed modal pop-ups using ECMA script, where the pop-ups contains dynamic information from SharePoint lists.
Established WCF data service where the ECMA script cannot be managed with complex queries using LINQ.
Developed UI components using jQuery such as Dropdown controls, TopNavigation UI component.
Developed event handlers in-order to update list information.
Managed user groups and roles programmatically, and implemented the security trimming for each component of the site.
Created custom content types, list definition, list templates and fields.

My career started with the MOSS platform. Here, I have involved in SharePoint 2007 projects. Intranet applications such as Leave application, employee portal, student portal are mainly focused in this era.
Key Objectives:
Created webparts for portals, for which data has been server from variety of different application, such as Angel system. Accessing is enabled with XML and JSON.
Integration of Google Maps with the portal, so that each users will get their unique location specified with their user accounts. This is an impressive area and induced me to explore more on SharePoint abilities.
In the inception of the project, DVWPs and specially Localized DVWPs (OOTB Not Available) and Linked Data-Source DVWPs are regular developments.
