Lead an interdisciplinary research team through primary data collection,
synthesis and analysis in qualitative research towards service design. My
task was to conduct fieldwork to examine the waste ecosystem in
Surabaya and identify innovative solutions to reducing ocean plastics.
Qualitative research: data collection, synthesis and analysis, develop
and implement an interdisciplinary methodology and field research
guide.
Design: develop an ecosystem diagnosis tool, actor overview &
material flow chart to inform service design
Team lead: worked in English and Bahasa Indonesia under tight
deadlines towards iterative-inductive deliverables
Write a final summary report for the consultation
