Objective : Lead the technical solutioning needed to roll out MVNO services for the cable operator and
win the engagement for TechM
Role : Technical Solution Lead (Owned the technical architecture and presented the deigns to the
Architecture group of the company)
Engagement Details :




* Lead the architecture group to clearly articulate the high level business cases, business
services, new component designs (Integration - TIBCO, Fulfillment - Sigma, Identity
Management - Oracle and Mediation services - Comptel), data model (transactional and
assets), integration (Web services, JMS) with the potential deployment details
* Ensure end to end traceability of the business cases to the various aspects mentioned above to
ensure maximum of design gaps were addressed
* Suggest tactical workarounds for their current cable stack to handle the business cases
required for the MVNO launch
* Critical review the approach and implementation plans from the component teams to ensure
no slip in the design with no stress to the delivery teams at later stage
* Present the designs along with architecture to the Architecture teams to showcase our

JOCCI was the program for CRM convergence and transformation. Mobile lob CRM runs on home grown
application while fixed net runs on Siebel. The program was to do analysis of both the CRM and
propose the to-be CRM model that has to be built on Siebel platform.

As a CRM Architect was responsible -
* To analyze the Business requirements
* Study AS-IS CRM processes, identify challenges and issues associated with the current processes.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis for the identified gaps or pains.
* Prepare TO-BE CRM business processes
* Clearly understand and capture requirements
* Define and enhance CRM Telecom Business Processes of Sales, Service and Marketing
* Map CRM processes on the out-of-the-box screens/features
* Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
* Identify and escalate issues impacting Business Analysis phase

Mapping Solution Designer
Retail CRM Migration

The migration process is to support migration of BT Retail (i.e. it does not cover requirements around
migrating Openreach, Global Services and Wholesale) data from CSS onto the Matrix OSS ( Seibel CRM ,
Geneva Billing) and to convert the account to a standard WLR3 product on the EOI Openreach system.
The expectations were to map the legacy data with Strategic data into Siebel data and also manage
the migration. The migration was done successfully for over 16 million customers without affecting the
customer experience. The critical part of the migration was data analysis and mapping as one should
know both the stacks.

As a Mapping Solution Designer was responsible -
* Analyzing the Business requirements
* Proposing the mapping solution in order to support the requirement
* Identifying the initial impact on the field mapping area
* Preparing mapping validation and rules document
* Preparing the High Level Solution Design Document
* Coordinating with BT design assurance team

E2E Solution Designer

BT Retail had come up with high demanding project to improve the Right First Time (RFT). RFT is
measured from the Order capture to the first bill generation. BT Retail has set an overall target of
achieving 95% of RFT in its business by March 2009. This assignment is part of the same programme.
The aim is to identify the pain areas and find the gaps in the processes so that the customer
experience is increase and hence the RFT.

As a E2E Solution Designer was responsible -
* Analyzing the Business requirements
* Proposing the e2e solution in order to support the requirement
* Identifying the initial impact on the components
* Preparing Rapid Impact Analysis Document
* Preparing the High Level Solution Design Document
* Mentoring solution design team
* Coordinating with BT design assurance team

Internet Business Pack, Web & Mail domains, Online Shop and Payment, Internet Security Pack, Web
design service, FT SME- Integration with premium content gateway, Website Creator (Future VAS
offering), etc.

approach and provide technical know-how

* Detail high level business requirements into implement able technical requirements and prepare
