As PM I was responsible for replacing the ordering, provisioning, rating, and billing systems for
data services, I coordinated 40 team members from 12 countries and 7 internal
departments.
As analyst and PM for billing system integration, I was responsible for specification, test
coordination, coordination with interfacing systems, and error analysis. In doing so I
coordinated 10 employees, 8 order systems and 4 internal departments to implement 265
processes (order types).
Previous to Billing New program, owner for several PM processes, design and implementation of PM
tools, PM support and PO in several projects.

Deputy Manager at a heating and ventilation company. Responsible for site surveyal, operations
planning and oversight, and customer acceptance.
Buildings administration for US Mission to the UN/OSCE. Responsible for tender, translation of
bids, and construction oversight in US Gov. residencies.
