* Responsible for HR analytics and reporting, maintaining core HRIS and HR database, HR processes
automation, coordinating mass changes
* Tools/systems with responsibilities: Oracle BI: preparation, maintenance, implementation and
modification of different queries with usage of SQL, training and supporting users, cooperation at
testing data mart implementations, maintaining user guide; Excel: advanced
reports/summaries/analysis with usage of Power Pivot, Power Query or VBA programming;
MS Access: maintaining own HR database storing linked data tables from different sources;
Oracle PeopleSoft: HRIS maintenance, advanced changes on employees' records, managing accesses for
specific tools, coordination in mass changes processes, organizational tables administration, training,
supporting key entry users, maintaining user guide, data quality tracking using and developing
appropriate queries in BI tool; SharePoint: website maintenance (storage, applications, accesses
management) for HR departments in Europe Region countries/districts
* Managing/mentoring the team: as a team member responsible for onboarding, managing and
mentoring local HR Systems team based in Poland reporting to EMEA HR Systems Supervisor located in
Germany
* HR Analytics and reporting: Definition and maintainance of HR and Safety KPI's, regular/ad hoc
reporting in cooperation with following departments: Health & Safety, Compensation & Benefits,
Learning & Development, Finance & Accounting; cooperation with another teams reporting different HR
and financial indicators; examples of reported HR indicators: employment status, absenteeism,
compensation, trainings or specific H&S indicators: lost time injury, auto accidents; financial indicators:
revenue for leverage, costs. Examples of analysis: promotions, moves, salary, age or length of service
structures with different break downs depending on requirements and expectations
