I have reported to the global project owner. The goals of this project have unrealistic right from the beginning. Strategic errors led to my decision not to proceed with this project.
Side note: the project went as I projected: not accomplished as planned.

My responsbility was to take care of the customer care solution (Veeva CRM - based on Salesforce) and BI (QlikTech and SAP) for Germany and Switzerland.

I was part of a European Management Team. Very ambitious project plan with a "must meet project deadline".
