* Lead the development of the organization's data science strategy and developed the strategic
roadmap for integration of Social Media data analytics to the company's analytics strategy.
Manage data analytic projects and products design and implementation such as visualization
dashboards and custom reports.
* Monitor grantee's organizations' interventions' impact and cost-effectiveness for the
Community Foundation of Texas Covid19 vaccination grant, by measuring their contributions to
vaccine activities within their respective area of intervention.
* Monitor changes in data sources and data consumption policies by systematically reviewing
documentation and monitoring news feeds from data providers and attending meetings with data.
Organize regular meetings with Data Product consumers to update their analytic requirement
changes based on field activities feedback.
* Track Government public health policy changes and update vaccine opportunity maps in
geographical locations by adding newly approved age groups to the opportunity prediction and
forecasting models.
* Contribute to the data quality and reporting coordination meetings with grantees and to report
building and storytelling by producing statistics, maps and plots based on reporting needs.

Achievements
Project: Fort Worth Independent school districts (ISD) testing program analytic support.
* Designed Covid19 risk detection models using timeseries analysis techniques such as the Box
Jenkins Methodology (SARIMA), Vector Autoregressive Model (VAR) and Vector Error Correction
Model (VECM) to predict Zip code-level risk 14 days ahead at 90% confidence level for Northern
Texas independent school districts (ISD).
* Conceptualized a students' weighted sampling mechanism to support the Covid19 targeted testing
program at school levels in Fort Worth Independent School Districts. Developed a composite
indicator calculating student risk using mobility data trends (Google), social media survey
data (Facebook) and County level health reports. The weights were estimated, forecasted and
tracked and supported the differentiated remote versus in-school education decision-making.
Grant: Community Foundation of Texas - Vaccine Community of Practice (Covid19)
* Developed the data analytic pipeline from ingestion to data products dissemination and
incorporated a feedback mechanism considering users' inputs from the field to improve
analytics and tailor data consumption to field tactical requirements. This resulted in the
creation of a Data Lake, a Data Warehouse, an interactive web dashboard accessible to all
users.
* Conceptualized and lead the data analysis for building the vaccine hesitancy profile of
Communities in North Texas Counties down to the zip code level using social media data
(Facebook Surveys) data and US census data. Built a web Dashboard on Google Data Studio to
deliver insights to facilitate Grantees' decision-making and vaccination field operations.
* Used the box Jenkins methodology (SARIMA) to forecast Covid19 vaccine hesitancy compared to
infection rates at zip code levels 7 days ahead with 95% confidence level using health
department vaccination reports and people reported intention to vaccinate from Facebook Survey
microdata.
