I help businesses to fix their digital initiatives: from moderating early stage design sprints to running technology heavy implementation teams and coach teams on agile development.

No matter if you need help with your program or team setup, want to coach your teams, run a development team or need to avoid heading towards the next pitfall - my goal is to improve processes and make things happen.

My background is a PM/UX hybrid skillset paired with the competence to be knee deep in the tech stack with the teams. My approach is hands on and honest, even if it hurts. If you work with me you decide to make problems transparent and have your teams take responsibility for solutions. All the while thinking ahead with each decision made. We will mention the elephant in the room and still avoid negative communication patterns. We will take difficult decisions together and ship features that make sense to your users - be it software for internal teams or customer facing applications.
