Role: Agile Coach and Scrum Master bei Allianz Business System International (ABSi) Implementation of the SCRUM methodology in software development teams using LeSS und LeSS Huge (Large Scaled Scrum /…Huge). Agile coaching (introduction of new DoR / DoD for demands and epics, creation of new architecture approach, shaping of real collaboration with internal clients, review of requirements processes, code review workshops with JAVA and PL1 developers . implementation of the new processes, organization and execution of LeSS and Scrum trainings for German/ Indian scrum teams, regular exchange with other Agile coaches, SCRUM masters (SM CoPs ) and Management.
