Profile
At the moment, I am a Global Program Manager for a large Korean Chassis component Tier1 Supplier responsible for Global Ford programs (Ford Gearshift system) with production sites in Poland, China and India. I am responsible for Regional Project Managers and engineers with Engineering through Ford in Cologne and SL Europe office and Korea HQ. I interact with my Customer Ford very frequently as I live very close to these Customer facilities. I have successfully established the Ford program to globally design and manufacture global tools and working procedures with appraisals from Ford. As a new Supplier to Ford, we have successfully established and won new programs for the gear shifter with a high market share. My role also authorizes me as the main Ford European hub contact, even though I am responsible for the B segment cars in India and China. I am responsible for management reporting to SL board and to the Customer, Ford of Europe and Ford Brazil FSA. New programs as Global PM are BMW 5series, RollsRoyce Wraith for Centre Mount Brake lamp.  Series 3 and Mini China are being established. 
Due to this program in completion stage with global production, I am looking for a new challenge.   
Vast Program and Project management experience within the automotive OEMs and Tier1, 2 global market and knowledge of the demands and deliverables expected. Experience in writing and managing/controlling all deliverables within the Product Development Programs.
I have successfully managed full projects and programs from start of enquiry to full production. Successfully attended the PMP (Project Management Professional) and Strategic Project Management courses and worked accordingly for the past 20 years with success and profited by best performance to my employee.
I have established program Timelines and ensured the Projects run accordingly through a dedicated and stringent project management system that looks at all Risk Management functions (DFMEA and PFMEA etc.) and have coached and trained staff to understand and meet the Customer Requirements through quality and engineering specific standards and requirements. Risk Management is effectively Defect Management and the containment of such defects through analysing potential issues before they begin and using mitigation and contingency planning. In addition, I perform Corrective Action Reports from the whole cross functional team to identify, assess and correct all issues through a technical, commercial and political stance. Problem Solving works together with risk management to try and get the issues and problems out at the beginning to save time and delays and any other corresponding problems so I hold frequent meetings and demand reports and in-depth thinking analysis on potential issues.
I have managed plant EMS as I was a coordinator for the ISO 14001 with successful implementation certification. I am also an internal auditor for ISO 9000 and TS16949. Part of my role as Project Manager is to enforce Quality Management into the company as a whole and into the product. Project Management utilizes and ensures an advanced Quality Plan which I use through the strict automotive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
I am a great believer in good and efficient communication to establish, execute and control all project assignments and deliverables on time according to budget. Thus, performance and status reporting is important to visualize the project as a whole and to see where trends are appearing for further project analysis and directing.
In summary, I can safely and honestly say that I more than fulfil the necessary skills and competencies as listed.
I have had leadership training to know how to get the best out of my staff and employees making them proud to be part of the team, knowing that they have brought something good to the product and company. From my extended automotive industrial experience, I know that I can bring a positive business reflection to the company and product and can react to any issues that come up.
