Setup and managed and scaled a digital marketing unit. Generated and implemented performance online
marketing services in 92 markets across various regions. Included channels were SEA, Social Performance
Marketing (Facebook), Display Advertising including Programmatic & Retargeting, Affiliate networks
(Vouchers, Email, Cash Back, smaller Content partners) and Influencer campaigns (Instagram). Various
clients including Microsoft, Sanicare, Asus, Toshiba, Phonak/Sonova, and Parallels.

Restructured the business when strategies changed towards a focus on supply chain services, logistic and
online shop infrastructure.


Then generated a start-up within the group for the healthcare unit; built a platform prototype (MVP) to
combine content marketing and pharmacy shopping via e-commerce together with our partner Sanicare.


Selected Contributions:
* Built and improved the marketing unit and served as an affiliate to eight European countries, and
scaled it up to the 92 markets within two years.

* Launched offices and managed staffing in the APAC and LATAM region, that resulted in
achievement of over 100% growth in client revenues.

* Recognised for best performance and selected among Top 100 German Affiliate Marketers in 2015
& 2018 % in 2020 ( Top 150)
