Roles Workday Functional Consultant
Responsibility Responsible for Application Maintenance and Enhancements for Workday HCM - configuring
Compensation framework, providing support and guidance to a geographically distributed
workforce and/or HR Business Community to meet customer requirements, Role Based Security,
User Based Security, Response to queries on Business Processes, BP administration, Mass loads
using EIBs, Biannual Release impact analysis and cut over, Enhancements related to
Compensation grade & profiles, Hire and Change Job, Payroll earnings, Annual performance and
evaluation cycles. Responsible to deliver Workday Functional related incidents, service requests,
corrective CRs and problem management with agreed SLAs. Collaborate directly with key
business and IT stakeholders on requirements, design alternatives, facilitates design sessions
and design sign-off for changes, Monitored and reported the KPI's with customer

Achievements Successful Transition from Incumbent, Stabilization and Reduction of ticket volume after
