I have started my digital career by driving mobile projects on smartphones and tablets with the release of iOS 2 for germanys biggest retail groups (OTTO & METRO)
In the last 6+ years, I have been working as digital strategy consultant and have gained a broad experience in defining digital strategy for various global top brands. As design thinking & agile coach I helped them to generate ideas and to achieve them to the last piece of code.
Starting with moderating & facilitation of workshops to define the strategic objectives and supporting their implementation in various agile project roles (agile coach, scrum Master, (chief) product owner).
Next to that I was educating global organisations by training them in consulting skills, design thinking and agile.
