Future process generation for SD (OtC). Therefore, build-up sales order types for several processes
including cross-company processing for multi company codes and sales organizations. Set-up plant
abroad concept in SAP. Adjustments for IDOC transfer sales order coming from external system and
internal system (purchase order). Introducing new pricing calculation in SAP for different sales
organizations. 2 of them with pricing hierarchy, all others are different in the pricing calculation
e.g. for wholesale, retail and special customers. Creating conditions types, VAT finding, different
pricing procedures, new condition tables and access sequences. Build up special price functions like
promotional pricing agreements; customer expected price, price exclusion, variant conditions and
group conditions. Define functional and technical specifications for new requirements, user-exits
and formulas in SD pricing as well copy requirements. Debugging, analyzing and updating existing
ABAP-Codes, user-exits and BAPI'S to implement new business logic. Introduction of credit management
in SAP and define automatic credit controls. Using gATP in SD. Therefore new definition of schedule
line categories, assigning these to the item categories. Define schedule line types, requirement
classes and types; define procedure for each Schedule Line Category. New transfer requirements
including technical and functional specification.
Using inbound and outbound messages with EDI for OtC like inquiries (REQOTE), sales orders (ORDERS),
order changes (ORDCHG), order confirmation (ORDRSP), forecast delivery schedules (DELINS),
deliveries (DESADV) and invoices (INVOIC). Message transfer via XML. Using and describing IDOC
segment enhancements, set up partner definition and ports.
Define and set up the new process steps in LE-TRA like freight cost settlement for full truckload,
low truckload, express services, sea and airfreight.
Set up different pricing procedures depending from the transportation planning point. Break weight
calculation, freight cost estimation, determination of geographical influencing factors, pricing
exclusions, scales incl. multi-dimensional condition scales.
Transfer of the freight costs to FI/CO and automatic freight accounting with electronic receipt
settlement.
Developing a new transportation monitor for the transportation planning. Using several user exits,
enhancement points in transportation planning and freight cost calculation to optimize the business
process.
Freight cost settlement for full truckload, low truckload, express services, sea and airfreight.
Define and set up the output determination for LE-TRA messages. Set up the pricing configuration in
SD, MM and freight cost calculation. In MM group conditions, pricing with graduated scales,
conditions for several purchasing organizations and price determination. In shipment cost
processing, I introduce different pricing procedures depending from the transportation planning
point. Break weight calculation, freight cost estimation, determination of geographical influencing
factors, pricing exclusions, scales incl. multi-dimensional condition scales.
Preparing functional and technical designs for several developments (off shore development in India)
in the area of LE, SD, and MM.
Responsible for LE-TRA and SD, MM and WM rollout aligned processes. Also responsible as SCM team
lead to align overall processes in ECC 6.0.
Leading a group of all MM, SD and LE members. Supporting whole business processes within Germany and
driving rollout project at GE Europe. Responsible for the European deployment of LE-TRA, SD and MM,
harmonization processes and functions in ECC.
